The Doctoral Program in Molecular Life Sciences (EDMS) aims at providing doctoral students with the education necessary to become leaders in biological research, implementing the latest state of the art. The combination of laboratory based research with access to modern technological platforms, coursework, in-house seminars, national and international conferences, etc., forms the basis of this education.

Besides the research groups of ISREC (Swiss Institute fro Experimental Cancer Research) and GHI (Global Health Institute), researchers of BMI (Brain Mind Institute), IC (School of Computer and Communication Sciences), SB (School of Basic Sciences) and the NIHS (Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences) are also part of our PhD program and offer exciting PhD positions to talented and ambitious young researchers.
